Talk about some bad scheduling luck.  First it was Bartolo Colon and now Inland Empire had to go up against Jared Weaver, who shut them down.  In all, Inland Empire managed just a single run on four hits and that run came once Weaver was long gone.  Blade DeWitt went two for four with a double to lead the team at the plate.

Jesus Castillo had a nice start that went to waste.  He gave up one run on five hits with six strikeouts in six innings of work.
