Juan Gonzalez had a big day at the plate in the Suns 14-4 blowout win over Huntsville. He went two for five with a double, a homerun, five RBIs and two runs James Tomlin went four for five with a double, three RBIs and one run.

Justin Orenduff improved to 6-3 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 2-1 win over Mississippi. He gave up one run on five hits with six strikeouts in six innings of work.
Cory Dunlap went two for four with an RBI. James Tomlin doubled, drove in a run and scored.
Jacksonville dismantled Birmingham 15-7 and there were plenty of hitting stars in the game. Jimmy Rohan went three for five with two RBIs and three runs. Kevin Howard went four for six with a double, a run and an RBI. James Tomlin had an unusual game. He had just one hit (a double) but he drove in three and scored three runs.
Mark Alexander picked up the win with three mediocre innings of relief. He gave up two runs on two hits and a walk.
Alvis Ojeda improved to 3-4 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 6-1 win over the Barons. He gave up just seven hits and three walks with three strikeouts in five innings of work.
Chin Lung Hu was one of the hitting stars in the win. He went two for four with a walk, an RBI and two runs. James Tomlin went three for five with a double and an RBI.
Eric Cyr saw a nice start go to waste in the Suns 3-2 loss to the Barons. He gave up three runs on seven hits and two walks with six strikeouts in seven quality innings. The loss drops him to 6-2 on the season.

Alvis Ojeda picked up the win despite a mediocre start. He gave up five runs on seven hits and two walks with three strikeouts in five innings.
Jesus Castillo dropped to 2-4 on the season with a rough start in Inland Empire’s 11-8 loss to High Desert. He gave up seven runs on five hits and two walks with a strikeout in just two innings pitched.
Most of the offense came via the long ball. Blake DeWitt hit a solo shot, James Tomlin hit a three run homer and Ivan DeJesus hit a two run homerun.
Talk about a crazy game. Inland Empire and the Quakes took a scoreless game into the twelth before both teams exploded for a combined eleven runs in just the one inning. Unfortunately, Inland Empire was on the short end of things and they lost 7-4. A really nice start by Jesus Castillo went to waste. He gave up two hits and two walks with five strikeouts in sevens shutout innings.
James Tomlin was at the center of Inland Empires four run twelth. He doubled home two runs and then later scored in the inning.
