Justin Orenduff improved to 6-3 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 2-1 win over Mississippi. He gave up one run on five hits with six strikeouts in six innings of work.
Cory Dunlap went two for four with an RBI. James Tomlin doubled, drove in a run and scored.
Giuseppe Norrito improved to 2-0 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 7-3 win over the Lookouts. He gave up one run on five hits and one walk with five strikeouts in seven innings of work.
Chin Lung Hu went two for four with a homerun, two RBIs and two runs. Cory Dunlap doubled, drove in three and scored a run.
Chin Lung Hu continued to rake the ball and he was one of the hitting stars in the Suns 10-3 win over Mobile. He went three for four with two doubles, three runs and an RBI. He’s hitting .338 and he’s only struck out 21 times in 213 at bats.
Cory Dunlap and Marshall McDougall also had nice games. Dunlap went two for two with two doubles, three RBIs and a run. McDougall went two for four with a double and three RBIs.
Ramon Troncoso picked up the win and he improved to 1-1 on the season with two innings of shutout relief. He gave up two hits and a walk and he struck out two in the win.
Eric Cyr improved to 5-1 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 5-3 win over the Barons. He gave up three runs on four hits and a walk with five strikeouts in eight innings.
Cory Dunlap provided most of the offense in the win. He doubled and drove in three runs.
Michael Megrew dropped to 3-3 on the season with a poor start in the Suns 9-4 loss to Carolina. He gave up six runs on six hits and two walks with four strikeouts in three innings.
Anthony Raglani and Cory Dunlap provided the offense in the loss. Each hit two run homeruns to account for the four Suns runs.
The Suns topped Carolina 6-3 and they got some solid pitching in the game. Eric Cyr gave up two runs (one earned) on just one hit and a walk with five strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings. Jonathan Meloan picked up the win despite giving up the lead and he improved to 4-2 on the season.
Marchall McDougell ad A.J. Ellis each drove in two runs in the win. Cory Dunlap didn’t get a hit but he did draw three walks in the game.

Cory Dunlap provided most of the offense with a two run homer. Chin Lung Hu went two for four with a double and he scored two runs.
Scott Elbert had a mixed bag start for the Suns today. On the one hand, he struck out nine in just six innings. On the other hand, he gave up three runs on four hits and a walk in the loss.
The Suns only picked up one run and that wasn’t until the ninth inning. Cory Dunlap hit a solo homerun.
