Delwyn Young scored on John Lindsey’s RBI single in the bottom of the eighth to win it for Vegas in their 3-2 win over Salt Lake.  Young also belted a solo homerun in the sixth inning to tie the game up at 2-2.

Chris Fussell picked up the win with an inning of shutout relief.  The win pushed his record to 2-1 on the season.

Ben Davis belted a solo homerun in the top of the ninth inning to break a 4-4 tie and that turned out to be the game winner in Las Vegas’ 5-4 win over Fresno.  John Lindsey had the other big hit of the game with a two run homer.

Spike Lundberg had a nice start but he didn’t get the decision.  He gave up two runs on eight hits and two walks with two strikeouts in six innings of work.  Chris Fussell picked up the win with 1 1/3 innings of shutout relief.
