Inland Empire beat Lake Elsinore 8-2 and Ryan Rogowski had a big day at the plate.  He went three for four with a double, a triple, three runs and an RBI.  Adam Godwin went three for four with a double, two RBIs and two runs.

Javy Guera improved to 3-2 on the season with the win.  He gave up two runs (one earned) on four hits with six strikeouts.

Adam Godwin was the hitting star in Inland Empire’s 5-4 loss to the Ports.  He went three for three with a double, a homerun, two RBIs and a run. 

Miguel Pinango took the loss and he dropped to 0-2 on the season.  He gave up four runs (three earned) on five hits and one walk with three strikeouts in six innings.

Inland Empire’s pitchers were given a five run cushion but they blew that lead as the 66ers lost 7-5.  Matthew Gomez de Seguira took the brunt of the damage and he gave up four runs while Mario Alvarez gave up the final two runs and he took the loss.

Anthony Harper and Adam Godwin each drove in a run and scored in the big five run second inning.  No hitter had more then one hit and all five runs were driven in by five different Las Vegas hitters.
