Allen Webster Throws Seven Hit Shutout In Lookouts Win

Allen Webster went the distance and he improved to 3-1 in the Lookouts 10-0 win over the Generals.  He gave up seven hits and a walk with seven strikeouts.

Travis Denker hit two solo home runs in the win.  Scott Van Slyke belted a three run home run.

John Ely Throws Seven Shutout Innings In Isotopes Win

John Ely improved to 4-4 on the season with one of his best starts of the season in the Isotopes 2-0 win over Omaha. He gave up four hits and two walks with one strikeout in seven shutout innings. Jon Link threw a shutout ninth and he picked up his eighth save of the season.

Russell Mitchell had the big hit in the game. His two run home run in the fifth inning was all either team was able to put up on the board in this one.
